Deep Sleep Tincture (1 oz): Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica), organic cane alcohol, distilled water. Magnesium Sleep Spray: Magnesium chloride brine, lavender hydrosol, witch hazel, chamomile essential oil, lavender essential oil, vetiver essential oil, benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid (Geogard 221).
