Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand (e.g., seasonal launches, promotions), order processing may take slightly longer. If we experience a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re located in or near Phoenixville or West Chester, PA, we may offer local pickup for certain events or markets. Details and pickup locations will be announced via email or social media.
How to Check Order Status
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@orionwellness.co with your name and order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. UPS may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Orion Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon!
