Deep Sleep combines valerian root, passionflower, skullcap, lemon balm, and California poppy in a traditional alcohol-and-water tincture intended for an evening herbal routine.

Ingredients

Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica)
Organic cane alcohol, distilled water
1:5 ratio, 100 proof extract

Suggested use

Take 1 to 2 dropperfuls (approximately 1 to 2 mL) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Shake well before use.
